Estate McLaren Vale EVOO

Each season, after hand harvesting our Kalamata olives for pickling, the remaining fruit is left to be harvested and crushed to produce our Estate Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

This EVOO is then blended with a range of other EVOO varities from the property, providing us with a true representation of the season and terroir of the Estate.

The volume of oil we produce, is always determined by the level of crop that our tress are able to produce in any given season.

The new season oil is released in the first week of October each year, providing time for the oil to naturally settle after pressing.
