2012 Estate Shiraz
McLaren Vale "96 Points James Halliday"
This Shiraz was hand picked from the best sections of our 30 acre Shiraz Vineyard, located high above the town ship of McLaren Vale. After fermentation in small batch open fermenters, the wine was seasoned in French and American Oak.
This wine shows lovely, rich ripe dark berry and plum cake characters on the palate with mocha overtones.
Beautifully backed up with a hint of spice, liquorice and black pepper.
