Estate Kalamata Pesto Chilli

This olive paste is an adaptation to our famous traditional pesto. Made from our pickled kalamata olives. The olive skin and pit is removed and then crushed with a little garlic and chilli.

It makes a great pizza topping, can be stirred through pasta and risotto or served as a dip with crackers or crusty bread.

The quantity of chilli added ensures it provides a little kick, but doesn't overpower the great natural flavour of the fruit.

Available in 300g jars and 120g techpak.
