This olive paste is made from our pickled kalamata olives. The olive skin and pit is removed and then crushed with a little garlic.
It makes a great pizza topping, can be stirred through pasta and risotto or served as a dip with crackers or crusty bread.
Available in 300g Jar and 120g Techpak.
