2008 Estate Shiraz
2008 proved to be a madly rushed vintage with an early heat wave forcing a very early pick. These Shiraz grapes were handpicked from our top blocks which had produced some really beautiful fruit. This wine is rich in colour, expresses dark mulberries and plum on the nose and is then complimented with a combination of mixed spice, liquorice and black pepper on the palate. This wine is big, densely structured and rich.
One that can be enjoyed for a few years to come.
