Lloyd Brothers is committed to providing the most efficient and affordable way of delivering our products to you. As part of this commitment, when an order is to be delivered to an address within Australia and the value of that order exceeds $160.00, we will deliver these products free of charge. For orders that are under a $160.00 in value, the delivery fee is based on your location, not on the weight of the products you have purchased.
Each package is calculated on a maximum of 16kg (the equivalent weight of a carton of wine) regardless of whether it weighs 500grams or 16 kilograms. We therefore strongly advise that you purchase as much as you can, up to 16kg, thereby ensuring that you achieve the maximum value from your order.
Charges and Insurance
Lloyd Brothers reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and freight charges. Our freight fees do include insurance. Listed below are the current delivery rates (these rates are subject to change and will be updated here when they do) per package, that Lloyd Brothers will charge on orders less the $160.00 in value.
Metro SA: $8.00
Regional SA: $11.00
Regional VIC, NSW, QLD & ACT: $22.00
Regional WA/NT: $30.00
Timing of Delivery
Online orders to be delivered within Australia should be received within three to five business days. We will endeavour to deliver goods to you on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Delivery is deemed to occur when goods are delivered to your nominated delivery point.
Person to be at Delivery Point
If it is not possible to have a person at the nominated address to receive the goods, you must nominate a place where the goods can be left. Any items left at this location are your own responsibility, and will not be replaced if damaged or stolen. We may need to provide your name and contact number (or your nominated representative) to the delivery company so they can arrange delivery. You consent to us providing that information.
Delivery Point Information
You agree to provide all relevant details regarding access to the delivery point, such as whether there are stairs, elevators, steep driveway and you acknowledge that we will not be held responsible if those details are incomplete or inaccurate.
